- Lorraine Bellana Added August 29, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had a number of issues whilst dealing with this store, which have caused me to spend many hours on the phone with telstra trying to fix. From misinformation, to being told services has been cancelled for me only to be charged for the service continuing later...and the list goes on. The staff have been a mix of: personable, rude, and unknowedgable. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, this one in warranted. I have better things to do than spend hours on the phone trying to fix numerous mistakes of others. I hope one day I'll be able to change my review to a more positive one.
