    Second shops like salvos are a great place for a collector. I am collecting old books, metalware, and some home decorations you couldn't buy from anywhere else. Bargain price is a key. It's dumb and challenging for me to come back every weekend and find some unique things. Salvos membership would give you more benefits.

    Took a donation there today and was a bit roughly told by a woman working there that they no longer accepted donations and not to do it ever again!
    She was annoyed at me and said they were inundated with donations.....
    I thought the point to a charity shop was to donate????
