  Extremely happy with the service received at the Ballarat Store! Our 3 seater Dolan in Nappa Denim was an awesome choice aided by very patient staff (took us 2 hours) Once it arrived we realised the two seater would be too much for our space so exchanged for the armchair as that sofa was still on the way....the whole process was seamless. Very impressed :-)

  Amazing range at affordable prices and the staff are incredibly helpful.
  I've bought so much furniture from these guys now and I even found my ideal corner desk for just a little over the hundred bucks.
  And for all you wonderful book nerds out there with homeless books, they also have really nice book cases at the hundred mark to.

  Visited this store twice last week. The first time the service was good, but we went back for a second visit, and no one came near us. We were interested in a dining setting and were completely ignored. We tried to motion someone to come over but the woman on the counter turned away. Other sales people just walked past. We walked out and went to another furniture shop 2 doors down and purchased one of their dining settings. Gets delivered Thursday. I wouldn't recommend this store for customer service. If someone comes back the second time they are interested.

  Bloody shocking I had 9k to buy Furniture like a bed couch dining table the workers were just walking around no one come up all she was doing was being racist towards another customer saying it’s white not black but you could make out what she was saying bloody terrible for that you guys have lost my service

  Its always nice to find cheap furniture...and Fantastic does have some incredible bargains. But you need to know its backed by decent service and warranty. We bought 2 beds from Fantastic and during assembly I leant on one of the anks supporting the mattress and it snapped instantly. It was very lightweight and really should have not broken. The staff at Fantastic refused to replace the board. The said it was my fault it broke. Not a very good experience. Dave
