Went in to do banking with my elderly grandmother and the staff member what extremely rude! They had an issue allowing myself in to help her as she doesn't understand the banking! The staff member was disrespectful and very rude to her as she didn't understand was needed to be done! No social distancing by this staff member!!

Me: a withdrawal
Fl: well are you sure you don't want to use an ATM or you can even get cash out at,the supermarket.
She didn't even know how much I wanted. Then I proceeded up to the teller who said the same thing.
The next day I went to change a broken $50 note over as I thought the bank was sent to deal with them as they can be rejected via a store and vending machines etc. But the counter lady just called me fussy. I think this bank needs an attitude adjustment and new customer service training. new due to their attitudes I am going to switch banks.
